Had some of my best London customer service this past week

when a friend and I both brought out Bugaboos for repair at Buggy Pitstop. After booking an express visit we accidentally got on the wrong train and were an hour late, but this was no problem at all, and our prams were then fixed in less than an hour. Amir was super great to deal with on the phone and in person, and although the location is a bit far from central London, I'd definitely recommend them to anyone. Thanks so much Buggy Pitstop!

Buggy Pitstop went above & beyond

Buggy Pitstop went above & beyond to get my UppaBaby Vista up & running again after a very unusual break. It looked like at one point I was going to have to get a new buggy completely but their engineers worked hard to repair it. Perfect timing as baby no.2 is just about to arrive & I’d bought the adaptors to make it a double buggy. I would highly recommend their repair service, especially as I was let down by the original buggy manufacturer. Thanks to the team for a great job �

Absolutely excellent service and promises kept

Absolutely excellent service and promises kept. In such a niche market, where a lot of people will do a shabby job and overcharge, Buggy pit stop helped out a woman on her due date. At the bottom of my list was getting the car seat and very expensive buggy cleaned (yes.... on my due date) but the man on reception and workers were more than understanding of a panicking woman who would not be allowed to take her baby home if something should happen. I dropped in my buggy and car seat at 10.30 am on a Saturday of a bank holiday weekend, and the car seat was collected the same day at 2pm, and I understand it normally takes at least a week. They were so kind and helpful and really put my mind at ease, especially with a hyper active 2 year old. The welcome was friendly, the clean was excellent and looked brand new. Cannot recommend enough. And no, I am not affiliated or owe them any favours, just a desperate mum on her due date and incredibly appreciative. Thank you so much!!
