Collection & Delivery

Once you have chosen the type of service you would like, you need to decide how you will bring your items to us.
See below four ways you can bring your pushchair to us for a repair or service. You will be able to select your method when filling in the booking in form.

Hatch end service centre

Drop off your items at our Service Centre for both Standard and Express Services.

Royal mail Click + drop

Drop off & collect from your local Post Office. For more information visit the Royal Mail website here.

DROP OFF AT NEAREST PITSTOP

Pitstops are collection and drop off points located in and around London. We collect from each Pitstop once a week, and deliver back the following week.*

home collection

If you live in the London area we would send our van to you for the home collection.

(You would not need to package your items)

If you live outside the areas we cover with our own van we will use a Courier company.

We can arrange for a Parcelforce courier to collect from anywhere in the UK.
