Do I need to make an appointment?

Only if you would like an Express Repair or Chassis Service, available at our Service Centre. 

How long will it take to get my parts?

If the parts are in stock, we post out the same day (providing the order has come to us before 2pm) and send items by Royal Mail 1st class post.  Post is done Monday-Thursday.  Orders received on Friday-Sunday are done on Monday.

If the parts are not currently in stock, and we are unsure when we may have them available, we will contact you to discuss the situation.

What is a Pitstop?

Travelling to our Service Centre is not always practical so around London we have arranged various locations where you can simply drop off your pushchair.  No packaging is required.

Once a week we collect/deliver to these Pitstops.

Do I have to come to London for help?

No.  We can arrange to have the pushchair collected by Courier, or you can drop it off at a Pitstop.  Please refer to the “Collection & Delivery” under Services to see how this works.

Do you guarantee your work?

Yes, we will give you a 3-month warranty for all the work we have done and the parts we have fitted.

What do you actually do?

We do anything from a simple repair to a full valet.  Please refer to our list of services under the “Pricing” for more information on each of these services.
