If the parts are in stock, we post out the same day (providing the order has come to us before 2pm) and send items by Royal Mail 1st class post. Post is done Monday-Thursday. Orders received on Friday-Sunday are done on Monday.

Yes, we use a recorded delivery service on orders with product value over £20.00 and a tracking number will be emailed to you.
Most of the parts we sell are new.
From time to time we will sell parts that are not available from manufacturers; we obtain them by breaking down new or second-hand pushchairs.
Yes, you can return them back to us for a refund or a credit as long as it’s not been used or damaged. We will not refund our postage charge.

Can you provide me with a Free Estimate before I agree to the work?
Yes. The first few minutes are used to assess and discuss with you what is needed to repair your buggy. Once you have agreed, works will proceed.
What if I only want a small repair – do I still have to pay for an Express?
We use Managers discretion for certain jobs maintaining a fair and balanced approach.
Can I have a Full Service as an Express?
As the Full Service is time consuming and takes approximately five working days, we are unable to offer it as an Express option, but you can have an Express Chassis Service.
- We can fix just about any issue you may have with your pushchair – if we support your make/model.
- We can offer you an Express Repair service in which we can fix your pushchair whilst you wait.
- We can service and clean your pushchair so that it’s both safe and clean for you and your baby.
- We are approved repair agents for Maclaren and Stokke; our experts can advise you on your best options.
- We sell spare parts if you wish to do your own repairs.
- We scrap old pushchairs for parts and can supply parts which you can’t source elsewhere.
The first thing we do when repairing a pushchair is a safety inspection.
We will then be able to give you an accurate quotation on what’s wrong with your pushchair and how much it will cost to get it repaired.
Most of our customers will have a full service on their buggy when they are expecting another child. This means the pushchair will be checked for safety, and cleaned hygienically for the new arrival. This is very important for the child’s safety and comfort.
We can clean / treat fabrics separately if you give us or send us, either by post or by a Pitstop location, only the fabric elements of your stroller.
We do also clean other baby products like Car Seats, Baby Bouncers, Play Mats & Highchairs.
At the present moment most of our services take up to a week to complete, unless you have booked an Express Repair appointment.
Although our expert mechanics are trained in pushchair repairs, we can only offer repairs to brands we can access spare parts for. It is important you check the brands we support.

Yes, we will give you a 3-month warranty for all the work we have done and the parts we have fitted.
We have various options. You can:
- Bring your pushchair to our Harrow Service Centre
- Arrange a home collection.
If you would like your pushchair collected from your home you will need to follow these easy steps:
1. Complete the entire online booking-in form and submit it.
2. One of our customer service agents will contact you to confirm collection date.
3 Once confirmed, DPD will provide the box, you just need to put in inside and tape it up!
It is important that you package it safely in either a cardboard box or travel bag or a strong bin liner with padding.
Don’t forget to enclose your name!
On occasion we are able to send a personal driver to collect your buggy. If this option is available for your request, then we will contact you to discuss this. If our driver can collect your buggy, there will be no need to package it.
We can arrange collection from anywhere on the UK mainland.
The cost will be dependant on your package size. On most occasions for a single buggy, the carriage will be £12.99 each way, per box.
We will try to get the buggy back to you within 7 -10 working days. However, in some circumstances, there may be a delay which is out of our control.
