Need your Stokke fixing?

Once you book your repair, we will contact you about delivery/collection and to discuss the problem.

While we can repair almost all Stokke products, there are some we are not able to deal with due to lack of spare parts.

If for any reason we are unable to repair your Stokke, we will let you know and arrange an immediate refund.

How to book a repair: 

  1. Use the form above to let us know the problem.
  2. Let us know the Stokke model.
  3. Choose how you will get the pushchair to us.
  4. Add to basket and complete the payment process.
  5. Once we receive your order, we will call you to book your drop off/courier collection.

Dropping your Stokke off.

We are open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday apart from Bank Holidays. We will let you know when the repair is complete and you can collect your pushchair.

Sending in via courier.

If you chose to arrange a courier collection and return, we will contact you to arrange collection of your Stokke by our selected courier.

When we receive your Stokke, we will inspect it and let you know if any spare parts are needed and how much these will cost.

We will repair your Stokke, and arrange to return it to you using a courier.


I need a repair ASAP, what can I do?

If you do not wish to send your pushchair into us using a courier, you can drop it off at our Harrow service centre and collect it when the repair is complete.

How long does it take?

Repairs are done within 5 working days. Our skilled technicians use only genuine manufacturer parts and provide top-notch workmanship to get you back on the road in no time. Once complete we will arrange to return (or collection) of your pushchair immediately.

How much does it cost?

The price you pay when you check out covers the repair labour.

When your Stokke arrives, one of our engineers will take a look at the problem and will contact you to let you know if any spare parts are required to fix it.

Spare parts are not included in the repair fee and will be charged once the repair is complete
