Are you able to repair all pushchairs, prams and strollers on the same day?
Our team of technicians are able to repair many prams, pushchairs or stroller problems while you wait, but to guarantee we can repair your pushchair no matter what is wrong with it, we need to carry the right spare parts.
If your pram, pushchair or stroller is a Babyzen YOYO or YOYO 2 or an UPPAbaby of any sort, we have a complete range of spare parts in stock and can repair any of these models immediately.
If you have a different pram, pushchair, stroller or buggy, we suggest you call the office on 0202 8767778 to be sure we are able to repair it.
How much does a pram, pushchair or stroller Express Repair cost?
Express Repairs start from £70. Once we have received the item to be repaired, we will let you know if there are any additional costs for spare parts.
How long does an Express Repair take?
We can repair your pushchair, pram or stroller and have you back on the road in an hour or less.
Will there be any unexpected charges?
No. Before we do anything, we will let you know if there are any additional costs eg. spare parts.
Are the Express Repairs and repairs guaranteed?
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Every single pram, pushchair or stroller repair is covered by our 6 month no quibble guarantee. If the same fault repeats itself, simply call the office to arrange to bring the pushchair back and we will take care of rest.
Are you able to repair all pushchairs, prams and strollers?
We would love to tell you we can repair any pushchair, pram or stroller, but sadly, that is not the case. For many we are unable to get the spare parts, and for some our technicians are just not trained on that particular brand.

How long does a Repair by courier take?
Once we receive you pushchair, pram or stroller we will do a full safety check and then identify the problem. Once this is complete and we have been given the OK to proceed, repairs take 5 working days or less.
How long have you been doing pram cleaning?
Buggy Pitstop has been pram cleaning for over 10 years. We have developed our own unique methods to get even the most stubborn dirt out of all brands of prams, pushchairs and strollers. We can have your pushchair, pram or stroller looking brand new in no time.
How much does a pram, pushchair or stroller clean cost?
Steam cleans start from £70 and deep cleans start from £85.
How long does a clean take?
Cleaning can be done the same day if you book in and deliver your pushchair, pram or stroller to us in person. You can also courier it in to us using DPD to be cleaned and this generally takes around 2 weeks from picking up your pushchair to returning it.
Will there be any unexpected charges?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. If there is anyting we think you should be aware of that may incur an extra charge such as a recommended repair, we will contact you.
I cannot drop my pushchair off, how do I get it to you?
When booking, select the 'Home Collection' option we will arrange to have your pushchair picked up, cleaned and returned as good as new.
