How long does a cleaning service take?
Once your item(s) have arrived with us on an average turnaround we aim to complete your work within 4-5 working days. During our intensive service there may be slight delays if we need to go over anything but we will try our best to keep you informed of this.
Can I book both cleaning and repairs at the same time?
Yes, If repairs are available on your pushchair make / model then you are able to add a repair service to your booking. When booking together you actually save money so keep an eye out for the add repair sign to save today!
How do i get my item(s) to you?
We are currently based in North-West London so happy for you to bring your item(s) directly to us, when this is not possible we can arrange a courier service to collect anywhere in the UK Mainland for an additional cost.
Do i have to package my item(s) for home collection?
If we are using a Third-Party Courier service your item(s) would be required to be packaged in a box, If you are not able to source suitable packaging please reach out to us and we will see what boxes we can supply there will be an additional cost mainly to be able to get the box to you.
