How long does a cleaning service take?
Once your item(s) have arrived with us on an average turnaround we aim to complete your work within 4-5 working days. During our intensive service there may be slight delays if we need to go over anything but we will try our best to keep you informed of this.
How much does repairs typically cost?
During your service booking you will be quoted for our labour which is a fixed cost, We will then need to identify what is causing the issue to occur and if parts are required we will send a formal quotstion to seek you approval before proceeding with any work.
How do i get my item(s) to you?
We are currently based in North-West london so happy for you to bring your item(s) directly to us, when this is not possible we can arrange a courier service to collect anywhere in the UK Mainland for an additional cost.
Do i have to package my item(s) for home collection?
If we are using a Third-Party Courier service your item(s) would be required to be packaged in a box, If you are not able to source suitable packaging please reach out to us and we will see what boxes we can supply there will be an additional cost mainly to be able to get the box to you.
Do you sell all parts & accessories?
We offer a very wide range of spares & accessories if we do not have the product listed please email us at info@buggypitstop.co.uk and we will endeavor to see if we can source the correct part or accessory you require.
Do you offer Express Services?
Yes we currently offer express repairs, Which means the following, if you can bring the your pushchair to us we will aim to complete the repair while you wait (parts availability depending).
For home collections we will aim to complete the repair and dispatch the same day it arrives ( courier times & parts availability depending)
When can i expect to receive my order?
During the checkout you can select your required shipping option depending on your requirements, all orders made before 13:00 (Any Working day) and item is in stock will be dispatched same day. v
Can you ship internationally?
During out normal standard options there is no international shipping option, but if you send us an email we can see if we are able to assist.
Do i have to be at home to receive my order?
Depending on the shipping option you select will depend if you are able instruct the delivery service to leave it in safe place or with a neighbour which can be requested through the notifications emails you receive from the delivery service
How do i return a order?
Once you have received your order and unfortunately does not meet your requirements you are able to post the item back to us at your own cost to our service centre, when posting it back please notify us and also include your order number and reason for return inside the package.
