Shipping policy
1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We use DPD as our courier service for all UK deliveries, except for international shipments, which are handled by Royal Mail. Delivery times are as follows:

Standard Delivery: 2-4 working days.

Express Delivery: 1-3 working days.

International Delivery: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email so you can monitor its progress.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Free shipping may be available for certain orders or promotions.
3. International Shipping & Customs
For international orders, additional customs fees, duties, and taxes may be applied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
4. Missed Deliveries & Redelivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, DPD will leave a calling card and may attempt redelivery the next working day. You can also rearrange delivery through the courier’s website using your tracking details. If the item is not collected or redelivery is unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us.
5. Lost or Damaged Shipments
We take great care to ensure your order is delivered safely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item and packaging. If your parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue, but claims must be made within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
6. Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply. If the order is not claimed within 14 days, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.
7. Repair & Cleaning Service Shipments
For repair and cleaning services, we will contact you after your order is placed to arrange collection.

DPD Collections: You are responsible for appropriately packaging your items. If you require a box, we can provide one for £10 per parcel.

Local Collections: Packaging is not required, as our driver will collect the item at a pre-arranged time that suits you.
