About Bugaboo Repair
Need your Bugaboo fixing?
Once you book your repair, we will contact you about delivery/collection and to discuss the problem.
While we can repair almost all Bugaboo products, there are some we are not able to deal with due to lack of spare parts.
If for any reason we are unable to repair your Bugaboo, we will let you know and arrange an immediate refund.
How to book a repair:
- Use the form above to let us know the problem.
- Let us know the Bugaboo model.
- Choose how you will get the pushchair to us.
- Add to basket and complete the payment process.
- Once we receive your order, we will call you to book your drop off/courier collection.
Dropping your Bugaboo off.
We are open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday apart from Bank Holidays. We will let you know when the repair is complete and you can collect your pushchair.
Sending in via courier.
If you chose to arrange a courier collection and return, we will contact you to arrange collection of your Bugaboo by our selected courier.
When we receive your Bugaboo, we will inspect it and let you know if any spare parts are needed and how much these will cost.
We will repair your Bugaboo, and arrange to return it to you using a courier.

I need a repair ASAP, what can I do?
If you do not wish to send your pushchair into us using a courier, you can drop it off at our Harrow service centre and collect it when the repair is complete.
How long does it take?
Repairs are done within 5 working days. Our skilled technicians use only genuine manufacturer parts and provide top-notch workmanship to get you back on the road in no time. Once complete we will arrange to return (or collection) of your pushchair immediately.
How much does it cost?
The price you pay when you check out covers the repair labour.
When your Bugaboo arrives, one of our engineers will take a look at the problem and will contact you to let you know if any spare parts are required to fix it.
Spare parts are not included in the repair fee and will be charged once the repair is complete

How long does a cleaning service take?
Once your item(s) have arrived with us on an average turnaround we aim to complete your work within 4-5 working days. During our intensive service there may be slight delays if we need to go over anything but we will try our best to keep you informed of this.
How much does repairs typically cost?
During your service booking you will be quoted for our labour which is a fixed cost, We will then need to identify what is causing the issue to occur and if parts are required we will send a formal quotstion to seek you approval before proceeding with any work.
How do i get my item(s) to you?
We are currently based in North-West london so happy for you to bring your item(s) directly to us, when this is not possible we can arrange a courier service to collect anywhere in the UK Mainland for an additional cost.
Do i have to package my item(s) for home collection?
If we are using a Third-Party Courier service your item(s) would be required to be packaged in a box, If you are not able to source suitable packaging please reach out to us and we will see what boxes we can supply there will be an additional cost mainly to be able to get the box to you.
