Absolutely amazing customer service. Friendly and professional. I took my yoyo in and it was checked over, repaired and back onto the road in less than an hour! I was quoted for repair of wheels and rear axle, it was discovered the front also needed to be repaired whilst completing the other repairs and because I wasn't quoted this initially it was repaired without any extra costs. Highly recommended and if I know anyone who needs a buggy repair I will signpost them to this business! Thank you again :)

When can i expect to receive my order?
During the checkout you can select your required shipping option depending on your requirements, all orders made before 13:00 (Any Working day) and item is in stock will be dispatched same day. v
Can you ship internationally?
During out normal standard options there is no international shipping option, but if you send us an email we can see if we are able to assist.
Do i have to be at home to receive my order?
Depending on the shipping option you select will depend if you are able instruct the delivery service to leave it in safe place or with a neighbour which can be requested through the notifications emails you receive from the delivery service
How do i return a order?
Once you have received your order and unfortunately does not meet your requirements you are able to post the item back to us at your own cost to our service centre, when posting it back please notify us and also include your order number and reason for return inside the package.
