If your UPPAbaby® Cruz is pulling to one side or experiencing "front wheel chatter," the cause is typically worn internal bearings or flat-spotting on the polyurethane tire. Because the Cruz uses the wheels as a primary part of its suspension system, replacing worn units is the most effective way to restore original handling and safety.

As an Authorised UPPAbaby Mini Hub, we supply genuine factory wheels. These are high-tensile components engineered to meet the specific load-bearing requirements of the Cruz chassis.

Workshop Bench Note

Front Wheel Wobble: Often, "wobble" isn't the wheel—it’s debris inside the frame housing. We recommend cleaning the housing and applying a silicone-based lubricant before fitting new wheels.

When can i expect to receive my order?

During the checkout you can select your required shipping option depending on your requirements, all orders made before 13:00 (Any Working day) and item is in stock will be dispatched same day. v

Can you ship internationally?

During out normal standard options there is no international shipping option, but if you send us an email we can see if we are able to assist.

Do i have to be at home to receive my order?

Depending on the shipping option you select will depend if you are able instruct the delivery service to leave it in safe place or with a neighbour which can be requested through the notifications emails you receive from the delivery service

How do i return a order?

Once you have received your order and unfortunately does not meet your requirements you are able to post the item back to us at your own cost to our service centre, when posting it back please notify us and also include your order number and reason for return inside the package.
