Pram, pushchair and stroller repairs.
If your pushchair, pram or stroller has let you down and needs a repair, but you cannot travel to our facility, we can arrange a courier to collect it and bring it back to us to be fixed. We will quickly repair it and return it to you as good as new.
Repairs generally take 1 week from when we receive your pushchair, pram or stroller. We will keep in touch with you to let you know when you can expect your pushchair, pram or stroller to be returned.
Our skilled technicians use only genuine manufacturer parts and provide top-notch workmanship which is guaranteed for 6 months after the repair is complete.

We are the official Babyzen repair centre and can repair both the Babyzen YoYo and YoYo 2.

Sent our old Baby Jogger City Mini GT to get looked at. The folding mechanism stopped working. The team informed me that unfortunately Baby Jogger no longer make spare parts as it's an old model. I had problems with my Bugaboo Cameleon. The right hand arm was not locking in place anymore thinking that I might need a new chassis which cost over £200. After taking it to Buggy Pitstop, they repaired it quickly and gave it a good clean. I now have a new looking bugaboo and didn't even spend £100 on it. Very happy customer.

Are you able to repair all pushchairs, prams and strollers?
We would love to tell you we can repair any pushchair, pram or stroller, but sadly, that is not the case. For many we are unable to get the spare parts, and for some our technicians are just not trained on that particular brand.
If your pushchair, pram or stroller is not listed about, then we suggest you call the office on 0202 8767778. We can discuss the issue and let you know if we are able to help you.
How much does a pram, pushchair or stroller repair cost?
Repairs start from £45 excluding the courier fees which start at £15. Once we have received the item to be repaired, we will let you know if there are any additional costs for spare parts before we begin.
How long does a Repair take?
Once we receive you pushchair, pram or stroller we will do a full safety check and then identify the problem. Once this is complete and we have been given the OK to proceed, repairs take 5 working days or less.
Will there be any unexpected charges?
No. Before we do anything, we will let you know if there are any additional costs eg. spare parts.
Are the repairs guaranteed?
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Every single pram, pushchair or stroller repair is covered by our 6 month no quibble guarantee. If the same fault repeats itself, simply call the office and we will work with you to arrange to bring the pushchair, pram or stroller back so we can work on a solution.
