We warmly welcome you to bring in your item during our opening times. Our team is here to assist you.
Courier Collection
Please ensure all items are packaged inside a box. If you need assistance finding a suitable box, we are happy to help. Once your items are ready, we can arrange collection on any weekday, Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Repairs
For any replacement parts needed, these will be an additional charge to the labour cost. Rest assured, we will only proceed with the repair once we have received your authorization.
Cleaning
Upon receiving your items, if there are any accessories not included with your booking, we will provide a quote for those. If you book a steam clean and it turns out a more extensive clean is required, we will inform you and discuss the next steps.

Great stuff! Dropped off my cybex pram, baby carrier and car seat, all have been locked away in storage accumulating mould. The guys at buggy pit stop made the entire pram and seats look and feel brand new. I’m not joking when I say I feel like the pram felt better after being here than it did when we first brought it!
